Our Restaurant

Good food is something we Thuringians love in particular. Therefore, it is hardly surprising that treats like dumplings, Rostbrätel (a marinated cutlet of pig neck, that is grilled over charcoal) or the regional bratwurst are very clearly genuine Thuringians. For this purpose, we consciously purchase as many ingredients as possible from regional producers from the neighbourhood which are then prepared according to authentic recipes in our kitchen.
